• Free Wait Time (Arrivals): 30 minutes after landing

• Additional Wait Time: $40 per 30 minutes (after free wait time)

• Early/Late Surcharge: $10 (5:00–7:00 AM and 9:00–10:59 PM)

• Overnight Surcharge: $30 (11:00 PM–4:59 AM)

• Outside Cuyahoga County: +$5 per trip

• Gratuity: Not included in rates. A 20% gratuity is automatically added and 100% goes to your driver.
